In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.  A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

If this ticket involves a CPAP or Auto-CPAP device, please include the device serial number in your description of the problem. The device serial number can be found on the bottom of the device. Include a detailed description of the problem encountered, and please insure that your contact information is correct.
